This painting is from a session in the yellow room at my house in Portland. I used to do all my graphics work there but noticed that my designs came back from the printers a bit warmer than I intended. What’s bad for graphics turned out great for painting. I’ve done some of my best work in that room. I used this painting for the cover of my book, it’s one of my favorites.
